Never before have we encountered a time such as this where technology enables us to overcome an otherwise hopeless situation by maintaining connection and ending isolation. Technology is the tool that keeps us all connected.
But for those in nursing homes, regular connection with loved ones or community can still be extremely limited.
In December 2020, our supporters helped us raise enough funds to provide iPads to all 50 of our partner facilities keeping their residents connected to the outside world. Throughout 2021 we plan to expand our reach to serve even more facilities and residents as well.
